My boyfriend has a lot of reconstruction on ALL of his teeth. Now they are falling apart…he is getting discouraged and is talking about getting false teeth. I know its hard to keep getting them fixed and expensive…but do you have any advice for him? He is only 38 and I’d hate to see him pull them if he can keep them. It sounds like your boyfriend really wants his teeth to look great and avoid dentures or he would not have invested the time and money initially to get them reconstructed. When things start breaking down, we always want to look at why. Usually once we figure that out, we can help prevent the existing restorations from falling apart and avoid false teeth.
