Some help for the Floss Haters {Guest Blog post for ModernMama Edmonton Southwest}

You do not have to floss right at bed time (although this is probably the best time to floss) But most of us are just too tired by then and we just don’t feel like it. Here is what I do. I buy the Oral B Floss Picks (I find this is the only brand that doesn’t shred and get all stuck between your teeth) and keep a bag of them in the car. Then every time I’m driving somewhere I pull one of those out and floss. Yes I do get the odd look but hey – if you can drink coffee while driving you can floss.
