Although caffeine is the ultimate way of enhancing our attention span, productivity and agility, most people are not familiar with the damaging effects of these drinks on our teeth. While both coffee and energy drinks may be highly useful in boosting your energy levels during busy work hours, research has shown that they are extremely dangerous for our physical and dental health!
